Central Meter Hub Privacy Policy

• The Central Meter Hub ("CMH") is for the exclusive use of Central Electric Power Cooperatives, Inc. ("CEPCI") member retail electric distribution cooperatives and their respective authorized retail member/consumers (Central’s member cooperatives and their authorized retail member/consumers, collectively, the “Authorized Users”)
• No personal data is collected from Authorized Users when they access the CMH.
• A limited set of analytical data is collected for maintenance and diagnostic purposes. At any time Authorized Users can request a copy of the analytical data associated with their account that has been collected and retained.
• Several Cookies are set by the site for security, user authentication and session persistence purposes. All Cookies are session based and expire when an Authorized User logs out of the CMH.
• CEPCI will neither sell nor, unless obligated by law, provide any usage information from the CMH to any third party.
